The Rosberg Marriage Wellness Checkup (RMWC) is now available to you as a couple and or your marriage small groups.Discovering the love of your life all over again starts with knowing “where we are at” and “where we build upon our strengths and zero in on the areas we want to grow.”
This assessment includes the following 14 scales:
Selfishness vs selflessness: looks at our ability to put the needs of your spouse ahead of our own needs.
Division of responsibilities: winning the chore wars
Vulnerability: Measuring the confidence and trust level in our marriage.
Emotions: looking at our friendship and emotional connectedness.
Resolving hurts: helps us get a bead on our ability to listen and walk through the process of forgiveness and resolving conflict.
Trust: Measuring the degree to which we have confidence in our spouse to remain true to our vows.
Persevering love: assessing our commitment to stay together even during tough times.
Boundaries: how well do we safeguard our marriage from internal and external pressures
Romance: checks out how we are doing at keeping the “spark” alive in your marriage.
Sex: measures the degree to which you and your spouse are satisfied with your sexual relationship.
Personal faith: looks at our personal relationship with Christ.
Spiritual intimacy: assesses our spiritual relationship with each other and with Christ.
Connection: addresses how intentional and effective we are as a couple at integrating emotional , sexual and spiritual oneness in your marriage.
Intimacy: reflects our awareness and intentionality of building interdependency in your marriage.
