Dr. Gary &
Barbie Rosberg
are sought-after executive life and marriage coaches, award-winning authors, and beloved international marriage conference speakers known for addressing the needs of marriages today with remarkable insight and biblical truth.
Dr. Gary earned his doctorate degree (Ed. D.) in counseling) from Drake University and conducted individual, marriage, and family counseling for over 25 years. Barbie earned her BFA (Art Education) from Drake University.
The Rosbergs are Certified Christian Life Coaches (CMCLC) through the International Christian Coaching Institute.
Together, the Rosbergs are co-founders of The Rosberg Group, where they provide marriage coaching for executive couples, as well as one-on-one executive life coaching. They are also the founders of their non profit international ministry, America’s Family Coaches where they provide leadership and vision as ambassadors to marriages and families.
They have spoken nationally and internationally together for 40 years. Gary and Barbie have written over a dozen prominent marriage and family resources and DVD series with almost 1 million total copies in print world-wide. Selected books are available in over twelve different languages, with six titles in Spanish.
The Rosbergs celebrated 50 years of marriage in June of 2025. Married since 1975, Gary and Barbie have two married daughters and grand children and share their time with each daughter’s families residing in Illinois and Iowa.
